1. Nature of the Service

NuvixPlayer is exclusively a media player. The Application does NOT provide, distribute, host, index, or facilitate access to any audiovisual content.

The Application allows users to play their own content sources (M3U/M3U8 playlists, IPTV portals, streaming URLs) that the user voluntarily configures under their sole responsibility.

2. Privacy and Data Protection

NuvixPlayer has been designed with a Privacy by Design approach. The Application collects and stores only the data strictly necessary to provide the service.

Data we store:

• Email address — used exclusively for account management and service-related communications.
• Third-party portal credentials — stored solely to enable automatic authentication on those portals, configured voluntarily by the user.
• Playback progress timestamps — to provide "Keep Watching" functionality. We never record or transmit information about what content is being viewed, its source, or its nature.

All data is stored on secure servers and transmitted using encryption protocols (TLS/HTTPS), ensuring no unauthorized third party can intercept or access this information. Access to stored data is restricted exclusively to the user.

Data we DO NOT collect:

• Geographic location data
• Content, titles, or sources of what you watch
• Financial or banking data of any kind

Premium subscription payments are processed entirely through official distribution platforms (Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or secure payment gateways). NuvixPlayer never accesses your financial information.

3. Content and User Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for the content they introduce and play through the Application, including M3U/M3U8 playlists, stream URLs, IPTV portals, and any other external content source.

The user declares and guarantees that they have all necessary rights, licenses, and authorizations to access and play the content configured in the Application, and that their use complies strictly with current intellectual property and copyright legislation.

The Application developer shall not be liable for any damages, penalties, or legal responsibilities arising from misuse of the Application or access to illegal content by the user.

4. Premium Subscription and Acceptable Use

Subscribing to premium implies express acceptance of these acceptable use conditions.

The developer reserves the right to unilaterally and immediately suspend or cancel the user's subscription, without prior notice or refund, in the following cases:

• Fraudulent, abusive use, or use contrary to these terms
• Sharing credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Unauthorized commercial use of the Application
• Any conduct constituting misuse of the subscription or Application

Termination of the subscription for the above reasons shall not entitle the user to any indemnification, refund, or compensation.

5. Modifications

The developer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after communication of changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
